Storage Made Simple

  • How do I rent with Stackrite

Complete a booking online via the secure website portal via the secure booking system

  • When can I access my container?

Anytime between 5am – 9pm, 7 days a week via your keyless Stackrite app.

  • How secure is the facility?

Fully fenced, CCTV monitored, alarm protected. Users need to scan in and again when exiting, so we can always know who is on site. You purchase your own padlock and you alone control the key / code. We recommend Container Padlocks.

  • Do I need insurance?

Yes, customers are responsible for insuring stored goods.

  • What items are prohibited?

You must not store hazardous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable or living goods or goods that pose a risk to any property or person. This includes lithium-ion batteries or items containing lithium-ion batteries.

  • What happens if I miss a payment?

It’s important to pay your storage fee on time. If you do not, access will be restricted and enforcement procedures may commence.

  • Are your containers new?

We use premium single-use shipping containers that have completed just one freight journey, providing a cleaner, newer-condition storage solution than typical used containers.

Every Stackrite container is clean, dry, wind and watertight, providing reliable storage for household goods, business inventory, tools, equipment, and more.

  • What fits in a 20ft container?

A 20ft container typically holds the contents of a 2–3 bedroom home, including furniture, appliances, boxes, tools, business inventory, and household goods. With approximately 33m³ of storage space, it's ideal for moving, renovations, business storage, or long-term decluttering.

  • What is the minimum rental period?

Our minimum rental period is three (3) months, billed monthly. We do not tie you into long contracts, so you can cancel anytime with one months' notice.
